Registration
Pre-conference Forum

The forum is a stand alone event and is not part of your conference registration - separate registration is required. The topic this year is Aboriginal language and literacy.
Step 1: Choose your sessions.
Review the program and note down which sessions you wish to do in each Concurrent Session Block.
Most blocks are 90 minutes and, for each block, you need to select 2 forty minute sessions or 1 ninety minute session.
Cancellation Policy
Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to the ACAL 2009 Conference Secretariat.
• Registration cancellations received up to 5.00pm Western Standard Time (WST) Monday 7 September 2009 will receive a full refund, less AUD $50.00 administration fee.
• Registration cancellations received after Monday 7 September 2009 and up to 5.00pm WST Tuesday 15 September 2009 will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after 5.00pm WST Tuesday 15 September 2009.
Substitutions
As an alternative to cancellation, a delegate may arrange for another person to be registered in their place at any time. Please advise the ACAL 2009 Conference Secretariat of substitutions in writing either by mail, fax or email.
Accommodation
Accommodation cancellations received within 24 hours of the arrival date will be charged the cost of the first night’s accommodation by the hotel.

Online registration will allow you to book the individual workshops you want in advance.
